Assinem o Contrato de Prestação de ServiçoO modelo está abaixo. Preencha os campos em azul, imprima 2 vias, os dois assinam, cada um fica com uma.
Defina o pagamentoValor, forma (por hora / por agendamento / semana) e método (Zelle, cheque, transferência). Deixe por escrito no contrato.
Crie o login de funcionário no CRMSettings → 👷 Employee Logins → + Add Employee. Ele vê leads e agenda, mas não vê lucro/finanças. Nunca dê a senha de dono.
Explique as regras de confidencialidadeOs leads e clientes são da empresa. Ele não pode levar/usar essa lista fora do trabalho.
Guarde tudo numa pastaContrato assinado + W-9 juntos (físico ou digital).
No fim do ano: emita o 1099-NECSe pagar mais de US$600 no ano, precisa emitir o 1099-NEC pra ele e pro IRS. Seu contador faz isso rapidinho com o W-9 em mãos.
(Só se virar funcionário W-2 no futuro)Aí entra payroll, W-4, workers comp e o Georgia New Hire Reporting — mais burocracia. Pra começar, 1099 é mais simples.
📄 Contrato de Prestação de Serviço (Independent Contractor Agreement)

INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR AGREEMENT
This Independent Contractor Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into on [date], by and between:
Company:Miracle Flooring, [company address] ("Company"); and
Contractor:[contractor full name], [contractor address] ("Contractor").
Services. Contractor will provide lead-management services, including contacting and following up with incoming leads, scheduling estimate appointments, updating the Company's CRM, and related administrative tasks (the "Services").
Independent Contractor Status. Contractor is an independent contractor, not an employee. Contractor is solely responsible for their own taxes, including self-employment tax, and is not entitled to employee benefits. Nothing in this Agreement creates an employment, partnership, or agency relationship.
Compensation. Company will pay Contractor $[amount] per [hour / appointment / week], payable [weekly / biweekly]. [Optional: plus $[amount] bonus per booked appointment.] Contractor will submit a completed IRS Form W-9. If total payments exceed $600 in a calendar year, Company will issue IRS Form 1099-NEC.
Confidentiality. Contractor acknowledges that all customer information, leads, contact lists, pricing, and business data (the "Confidential Information") are the exclusive property of the Company. Contractor will not use or disclose Confidential Information except to perform the Services, and will keep it strictly confidential both during and after this Agreement.
Ownership of Leads & Data. All leads, customers, records, and data accessed or generated under this Agreement belong solely to the Company. Contractor acquires no rights to them.
Non-Solicitation. During this Agreement and for [6–12] months after it ends, Contractor will not, directly or indirectly, solicit, divert, or do business with any customer or lead of the Company that Contractor learned of through the Services.
Return of Materials & Access. Upon termination, Contractor will immediately return all Company materials and cease accessing the Company's systems. The Company may revoke access at any time, with or without cause.
Term & Termination. This Agreement begins on the date above and continues until terminated by either party with [14] days' written notice, or immediately in the event of a breach.
Governing Law. This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.
Entire Agreement. This is the entire agreement between the parties and may be modified only in a writing signed by both parties.
